Our Team
Heather Donnelly, Managing Director
As the Owner and Managing Director, Heather started SeaCap in 2012 and is responsible for the management, growth and strategic coordination of the organization. She brings over 20 years of management and recruiting experience in the staffing industry in the areas of Legal, Administrative and Healthcare. Heather has been instrumental in helping guide the organization through new growth and development, building new community partnerships and positioning the organization for continued expansion and success.
Originally from Rhode Island, Heather received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Environmental Economics from Keene State College, in New Hampshire. She then attended Shorter University, in Rome, Georgia where she received her MBA in Business Management and Finance. She previously she worked for the RI General Assembly, The Rhode Island C​​ouncil for Domestic Violence, and Brown and Shape International. She resides in Acworth, Georgia with her husband and two children where she is an active parishioner at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
Taylor French, Recruiting Coordinator
Taylor French joined the SeaCap Staffing Team in January 2016 as a Recruiting Assistant. Taylor will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, assisting with screening and credentialing of all potential applicants. She received her Bachelors in Recreation with a specification in Tourism from Georgia Southern University. She has a background in hospitality management and non-profit organizations. She recently found recruiting and realized this is the perfect field to combine her outstanding communication and people skills.
