Our Staff
The SeaCap team consists of professional account representatives with extensive knowledge and experience in the staffing industry. Our staff is carefully selected and trained to provide quality candidates and services to our clients. Upon completion of the industry requirements, we require all of our account representatives to acquire their Industry Certification (CPC/CTS) through the National Association of Staffing Services.
Presently, the average tenure of our team is 6 years, with several of our recruiters with over 15 years of industry experience. This allows our account representatives the ability to know our client’s specific needs and concerns on a long-term, first hand basis.
*Firm Familiar Program
SeaCap Staffing has developed the "Firm Familiar" program. As part of this initiative, SeaCap will have specific recruiters assigned to each client. These DARs (Dedicated Account Representative) will coordinate with your management to visit and observe the company environment in order to become familiar with company policies, procedures, process, and systems as needed. In addition, they will become acquainted with individual managers and company needs. This information will be compiled into a proprietary orientation packet in conjunction with materials provided by Client. This program has been proven to increase successful recruiting and retention rates, reduce the training and adjustment time and provide for a well prepared and informed direct hire employee to your team.

If ever you have concerns about your new employee, SeaCap will do whatever necessary to rectify the situation to the you satisfaction. SeaCap conducts regularly scheduled Quality Control Checks both with the employee and with the client. If the problem can be corrected by consulting with a SeaCap DAR, we will be happy to work with the individual. We provide a 90 Day Placement Guarantee
