*Firm Familiar Program
SeaCap Staffing has developed the "Firm Familiar" program. As part of this initiative, SeaCap will have specific recruiters assigned to each client. These DARs (Dedicated Account Representative) will coordinate with your management to visit and observe the company environment in order to become familiar with company policies, procedures, process, and systems as needed. In addition, they will become acquainted with individual managers and company needs. This information will be compiled into a proprietary orientation packet in conjunction with materials provided by Client. This program has been proven to increase successful recruiting and retention rates, reduce the training and adjustment time and provide for a well prepared and informed direct hire employee to your team.
