Skills Assessment and Competency Testing

SeaCap pre-screens every candidate for the necessary work history and skills to perform the job requirements and meet skills required as set forth by the client. SeaCap is also provides skills evaluations and testing for all of the most current software applications. We also can provide industry specific software and terminology evaluations as well as behavioral testing. In conjunction with our "Firm Familiar"* program, your Client Manager will become familiar with any software packages, processes, procedures and job functions proprietary to your company and/or industry. We will then develop and conduct testing and training in these areas to best evaluate potential employees.
Direct Hire Recruiting Services
SeaCap works with our nationwide network of clients and will source, screen, interview and fully vet talent for direct placement into a client position.
On-Boarding / Pre-Screening Services
SeaCap can provide pre-screening and on-boarding services for clients who would like to outsource managing existing candidates or newly hired employees.
Pre-Screening
Our recruiters can provide credentialing and pre-screening of existing candidates for our clients that they have sourced internally or have been referred.
On-Boarding
Our team can also assist our clients with developing and managing On-Boarding and Welcome Orientation programs for new hires.
